Dr. Alexander Fedotov is a specialist in the field of pathology and forensic medical examination. He is Head of the spectral laboratory of the Ryazan Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination named after D. I. Mastbaum, Russia, and a member of the Russian Scientific Society of Pathologists. He is an active medical examiner in the field, and serves as the Field Co-PI jointly directing the forensic examinations and measure development of the Tukdam Study, a collaborative research project with CHM, Delek Hospital, Men-Tsee-Khang Tibetan Medical Institute, and a network of Tibetan Buddhist monastic institutions across India, guided by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
