Coordinator of Russian team, Tukdam Study, CHM Collaboration; CEO and Academician, N.P. Bekhtereva Foundation for Brain Research Support

Dr. Elena Kokurina is the Russian coordinator for the Joint Tukdam Study, a collaborative research project with CHM, the Russian Academy of Sciences, Delek Hospital, Men-Tsee-Khang Tibetan Medical Institute, and a network of Tibetan Buddhist monastic institutions across India, guided by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. She is also coordinator for the program of Russian Research Centers in Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries in India. She serves as Director of the Training Program for Monk-Researchers in “Middle-Way Approach in Neuroscience” that supports training methodologies for various research studies. She is also CEO and Academician of the N.P. Bekhtereva Foundation for Brain Research Support. Her particular area of interest is organization of international interdisciplinary scientific projects.
